HOWEs In-house Design Team has designed Usu to meet the markets demand for attractive pricing as well as the markets need for high quality furniture solutions. To meet this objective the Design Team was in for a challenge -they succeeded and Usu was born. The solution to the challenge lies in the very simple folding mechanism that is easy to handle. Even though Usu comes at an affordable price there has not been compromised with the quality.
Usu is a HOWE product in all its aspects. With this table you get a simple, elegant and timeless design and at the same time a functional and space-saving table. Usu is very easy to handle; the legs are folded in pairs by a simple and secure spring-handle and the sub frame can be used as carriage handle. Even more Usu has been subjected to the DS/EN 15372:2008, level 3 table strength and durability test and passed without damages or signs of being damaged.
You can get Usu with two different optional solutions. A concealed castor solution that adds even more to the ease of handling and a chair hanger system that allows thorough floor cleaning. The chair hanger system can be retrofitted.
Usu is developed for multi-use in canteen and training areas. The simple design means that Usu works very well with the 40/4 chair. At the same time Usu is also compatible with other furniture styles.
