Movement and multifunctionality have always been essential to German architect, designer, and nomad Andreas Störiko’s work. He received his education at the Academy for Art and Design in Stuttgart, winning a foreign exchange scholarship at the Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield, Michigan — a school that’s produced some of the most influential designers of our time.
He cooperated with the greatest design figures, like Richard Sapper, and his striking projects and collaborations with leaders in the industry, such as Wilkhahn, have won prizes worldwide and remained bestsellers since the 1990s. Currently living in Germany, Störiko is the mastermind behind the new AS Series from HOWE — a mobile furniture concept designed for today’s work-and-lifestyle dynamic.
